IWKA, Internal Wing Tjun (Wing Chun) Kung Fu

IWKA (Internal Wisdom and Knowledge Association) Wing Tjun is a unique form of Wing Tjun based on the Three Treasures of Chinese Martial Arts: Philosophy, Health and the Martial Arts.

The internal training you will learn with IWKA has many benefits for life outside of the need for self defence. IWKA training promotes health and well being through traditional standing meditation.

IWKA Sussex instructor, Bill Bostock has been training in Kung Fu continuously for the past 27 years. Bill trained under Master Kevin Chan and was awarded his Black Sash Level II in 2005. When younger, Bill trained in a hybrid style based on Wing Tjun and other Chinese martial arts (called Tong Kuen Do, Way of the Chinese Fist).

Bill is also a qualified instructor in Qigong and teaches a weekly Qigong class in East Grinstead every Tuesday 1:15pm (here). He offers private lessons and seminars in Qigong and Wing Tjun.

When Bill met and trained with IWKA's founder Sifu Sergio Iadarola, he knew it was what he had been searching for - a truly internal form of Wing Tjun Kung Fu.
